In addition to the aircraft, the respective pilots and cabin staff might be needed by you. Due to the extensive flight training activities of Lufthansa via Lufthansa Flight Training GmbH and Lufthansa‘s well-established contacts all over the world, GOAL will be in the position to check through Lufthansa the availability of the required pilots and cabin staff. Based on your requirements such as aircraft type, amounts of pilots needed, minimum experience, required home-base and so on, we could coordinate a detailed search. Depending on season and availability of crews for particular aircraft and your requirements we might come up with a solution very shortly. Tailor-made contracts (e.g. 6 months pilots/cabin staff lease followed by direct entry with small buy-out fee or undetermined contract with 2-3 months notice period) give you as much flexibility as possible. Besides you might use the training facilities of Lufthansa - as described above - for your own personnel.
